Kinaxia Logistics is a top 15 UK logistics group in the transport and warehouse sector. Comprising 13 businesses with two million sq ft of facilities nationwide, Kinaxia provides contract packing, e-fulfilment, returns management and storage services to a large portfolio of clients across multiple sectors.

Kinaxia turned to ModernLogic when it was looking to expand its standardised warehouse technology platform and implement Blue Yonder Dispatcher WMS at AKW Global Logistics, which is part of the Kinaxia group of companies.

ModernLogic was tasked with configuring and delivering the Dispatcher WMS, including third party billing and client integration, at the AKW site in Trafford Park, Greater Manchester,

ModernLogic worked with Kinaxia to design and implement the end-to-end integration across multiple clients, as well as providing consultancy to ensure the project delivery remained on track and to the highest level of quality, all against the backdrop of difficult and rapidly-changing working conditions brought about by the impact of the pandemic.

The Kinaxia, AKW and ModernLogic teams worked very closely and collaboratively to guide the project to a successful on-time and high-quality implementation.
