Role Overview
We are recruiting an Infrastructure Technical Consultant with 3–5 years of experience to join our Infrastructure Team. The role requires strong skills in Unix/Linux and Windows administration, along with mandatory customer communication experience. The need to manage infrastructure, resolve issues, and support cloud and on-premises environments. This role is based remotely in India on a full-time basis.

Main Responsibilities

Manage and support customer infrastructure, including upgrades, patching, backups, and disaster recovery.

Perform system administration on Unix/Linux and Windows servers.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within agreed SLAs.

Support cloud and hybrid deployments (AWS preferred).

Provide clear and timely communication to customers regarding incidents and resolutions.

Work with internal teams and customers to establish and follow best practices.
Qualifications, skills and experience required
Essential
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.

3–5 years of hands-on experience in infrastructure administration or IT support.

Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux and Windows environments.

Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS preferred) and basic networking.

Proven experience in customer communication and interaction.

Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable
-
Prior experience in a technical consulting or support role.

Working knowledge Amazon AWS, RedHat Linux technologies

Previous WMS experience is not essential but highly recommended.
